Vince, Brendan, Ian and I had a unique opportunity today to witness to a group of construction workers at a job site. The owner of the construction company is a member of our host church and arrange for us to arrive in the morning to talk to the men working on this new building. I don't believe they get mandatory breaks in this country and so stopping the work on your site for at least 30 minutes means you must be serious about spreading the gospel.
There were 28 men in all gathered around a small table where I believe they eat lunch while at the site. The men ranged in age between 50+ to 21 (I'm guessing). Vince shared his testimony as Pastor Robson translated for him. We used our large Evangecube to explain the gospel message to them. When I gave the invitation to accept Jesus many of the men raised this hands and bowed their heads to pray. Twelve out of the 28 men gave their lives to Christ and asked that someone continue to follow up with them. Praise the Lord!
We don't see as many men typically come to Christ as we do woman and children on these trips. It was an awesome site to see God work in the hearts of these tough construction workers. Looks like it could be the making of a construction site bible study!
Keep praying!

how marvelous to see doors open in unexpected places. Praying for strength and persistence as you do follow up.
